Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours.
Standard delivery across India in 5–7 working days.
Metro cities may receive orders within 3–5 days.
Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Tracking details are shared once the order is dispatched.
International delivery timeline: 10–20 working days.
Custom duties must be paid by the customer.
Returns or exchanges are not available for international orders.
Incorrect address/phone may cause delivery failure.
Returned shipments due to this will require reshipping charges.
Return Policy
• All returns must be postmarked within 2 days of product delivery.
• Made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned.
• All returned items must be new, unused, and in their original condition.
• Returns will not be accepted if the brand tag or plastic seal is removed from the product.
• Pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to return the shipment to our address.
• Reverse pickup is dependent on the availability of the service in your area.
• Issues related to quality or quantity must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.
• COD charges are non-refundable.
• A 100 INR logistics charge will be deducted as part of the refund process.
• Returns or exchanges are not available for international shipments.
Return Process
Raise your request at www.clothekraft.com with photo/video proof showing tag & seal.
Pickup in 4–5 working days after approval.
Refund is initiated after inspection.
Refund appears in 3–5 business days.
Gift cards/store credits are valid for lifetime.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. If eligible for return, you may return the item in accordance with our return policy.
Refusing to accept your order at delivery will be considered a return, and a refund will be processed as per the return policy.
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by visiting the "My Account" page or contacting customer support.
Pre-orders: Cancellations are allowed within the first 24 hours of ordering. Beyond this period, cancellations cannot be processed.
Exchange Policy
All exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of product delivery.
Items must be new, unused, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Exchanges will not be accepted if the brand tag or plastic seal has been removed.
A reverse pickup will be attempted twice. If both attempts fail, the customer will be responsible for sending the item back to our return address.
Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area.
Any issues related to quality or quantity must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for prompt assistance.
Exchange refusals post shipping your exchange product will incur a deduction of INR 200/- from your refund. Kindly place an exchange request only if you wish to go ahead with it.
Returns or exchanges are not available for international orders.
Please note, if you exchange your product for a lower-value item, no refund will be issued for the remaining amount. We recommend opting for a return instead and choosing a gift card as your refund mode, so you can use the leftover value in your next purchase.
